APPLICATION PROCESS

Step 1: Download and complete the new student application. ​

Kindergarten Application 2025-2026 (Children who enroll in Kindergarten must be 5 years old by September 1st. )
Step 2: Application Fee and Documentation

The application/screening fee is $50.00. Cash/Check made payable to St. Stephen School.

Birth certificate or baptismal certificate

Grade 1-7 students will also need to submit their most recent student report card.

Step 3: Submit Your Child's Application, Fee and Documentation (Select 1 option below)

Mail application to St. Stephen School, 401 Eucalyptus Drive, San Francisco, CA 94132,

Drop off at our front office during office hours from 7:45 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. Monday through Friday, or

Email the application to Mrs. Nicole Mullen at office@sfststephenschool.org and send or drop off fee and documents.
